Vivekananda- A Spiritual Genius he spread Hinduism and Philosophy.
Introduction
Calcutta welcomed a bright youngster on January 12, 1863 . The father of this magnificent child was Vishwanath Dutt, and the mother's name was Bhuvaneshwari Devi. Vishwanath Dutt was a well-known Kolkata lawyer. By nature he was virtuous He'd established himself in the industry. Bhuvaneshwari, his wife, was happy and religious. They were a happy family, and their son was named Narendra! This Narendra later became known as Swami Vivekananda.

Early Life
In the first class, he recited Amarkosh. This gives an idea of how unusual his intellect must be. He learned singing from a Muslim singer. He went to the arena and started playing wrestling. Earned a well-groomed body. So the children in the class were afraid of him. He was the leader of them all. He was good at sports as well as riding a horse. In 1877, he went to Raipur with his father. At that time he had to travel by bullock cart. There was no school there at that time, so he had the opportunity to walk through the forest and see the beauty of Nature. And that's what he studied. He returned to Calcutta in 1879. When school started again, he went to the library and read a large number of books. Many subjects were covered from it. Ramakrishna Paramahans who became his Master
Narendra entered the Brahmin community.
The Idea that there are no god's in Idols was confusing to them. Is God really there or not? If so, where to meet? All these thoughts made his mind restless. Devendra of the Brahmin community could not
give a satisfactory answer to his question. Then Hasty, the principal of the college, sent him to
Ramakrishna Paramahansa. Saint Paramahansa looked into his eyes with his sharp
eyes. He said him devotees. "This
Narendra was born for the salvation of the human race, he will raise the
dignity of Hinduism and Hindustan in the whole world!" When Narendra did not think it was true, he
asked Ramakrishna, "Have you seen
God?" Ramakrishna replied, "Yes, I have seen God, I have spoken to
him, but God will meet you easily."
When will God meet me? Narendra asked, "When your mind longs to
meet God. "After Ramakrishna said this, he did not believe it, then Ramakrishna touched his heart. At the same
time, there were flames everywhere. Light spread everywhere. And Narendra saw
light and God everywhere!
He graduated from Duff College in 1881 with excellent marks. After his father's death, Narendra took a job and retired instead of taking charge of the house. And he was determined to go that way. A few days later, Ramakrishna fell ill with cancer. He was taken to Kashipur for treatment. Narendra also went with him for them. Ramakrishna said to him, "Son, I have given you all my yoga power. On the strength of it, you spread Hinduism and philosophy all over the world, save your nation! "he guided him on Spiritual Path. After saying so much, on 15th August 1886, Ramakrishna passed away. Narendra and Ramakrishna's other disciples established their monastery at Badanagar.
Visited many places
In 1888, Narendra turned
25 years old. He wanted to visit all of India. And then he started his journey.
Kashi, Ayodhya, Gaya, Agra, Vrindavan, doing so, he walked on foot, people
started calling Narendra Swami Vivekananda.
He left in 1890 with
the blessings of Ramakrishna's wife
Shardadevi. Swami Vivekananda digested
Kanyakumari. He started meditating in the temple there. He was given darshan by Ramakrishna. He was
instructed to attend an interfaith conference in the United States. In 1893, he
completed 30 years. With the blessings of the Swami, the Maharaja of Khetdi had a son. Swami Vivekananda Maharaj
paid for the proper attire and fare to go to America.
Swami left for America on
May 31, 1893. He paid homage to the
photo of Ramakrishna and remembered
Kalimata and wore a saffron dress. And he
started his journey on the boat with the saffron feta around Head and Bhagwat
Gita in hand. China, Japan, then He landed at the port of Chicago. The
interfaith conference started on September 11. Thousands of delegates attended.
National flags were flying. They were praising
Christianity because of the large number of Christians. Finally it was Swami's
turn. At first he was scared. But with patience he began his speech. “My American brothers and sisters! Everyone
applauded his first sentence, which lasted for two to three minutes. He gave a
perfect speech on Hinduism.
Works
The council ended, but
the Swami's work was not over. Swami Vivekananda lectured in major cities in the United
States. He started study classes in New York for the propagation of Hinduism
and philosophy. Many men and women became his disciples. He spread Hinduism and
philosophy. For this he established monasteries in many places. Ramakrishna's
prophecy came true! His disciple Narendra alias Swami Vivekananda spread Vedanta all over the world. Made India's name
bright ! In 1897, Swami Vivekananda returned to India.
On May 1, 1897, he established the Ramakrishna
Mission. And started public service. He fell
ill while in America. Later, his condition worsened. After a short rest, he
returned to the United States. In 1902, his health deteriorated and he handed
over the work of the monastery to another person.
