A campaign called "Har Ghar Tiranga" is being run by Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to persuade people to carry the Tiranga home and hoist it in celebration of India's 75th anniversary of Independence. We've always had a more official, institutional relationship with the flag than a personal one. Bringing the flag home as a Nation in our 75th year of Independence symbolizes both our dedication to establishing a better country and our act of personal connection to the Tiranga. Invoking a sense of patriotism in people's hearts and raising awareness of the Indian National Flag are the goals of the programme.
