18 years above people are eligible for Voting But our representatives and voters are immature in terms of elections, the election is a game changer Task. Candidates who don't come to our constituency the rest of the time, who never look at us, are all running around for their own campaign. Distribute leaflets in the right places, hold preaching meetings. Some candidates bring a hired audience!!!!! then the meeting begins. Most of the candidates are wasting their time by swearing at other candidates and making inflammatory statements. In their speech, Candidates never ever talk about their party's philosophy, work information etc. but  in this task many people who support them, walk with them, come and sit on the stage with them, and they feel that we have really become a leader.

Since a speaker at a preaching meeting speaks at his own pace, one speech has nothing related with another speaker person. many fake Promises are made at this time. The candidate is trying to win the trust of the people. Elections have come and these candidates are walking in small alleys. These People pretend to say hello, they speak with such humility. And the naïve people believe in them without looking at their false faces. But even now there are more intelligent voters than these candidates who take advantage of these candidates. and finally vote for another candidate. As election day approaches, there is an increase in propaganda, announcements, mass rallies. Most of the candidates are illiterate and We go to vote for one of these illiterate candidates even after we know all the truth. What an unfortunate situation this is.

Today, most of the hooligans, illiterate people come forward as Candidate just they want to be a Political Leader. It is unfortunate that these people will see the progress of the country!!!!! Politics is how bad an educated people chooses an illiterate Leader. As the days of polling come to an end, the counting of votes begins. The result is announced immediately. The name of the winning candidate is announced.  All the Political workers, co-workers celebrate the victory of their Candidate. They play drums, they arrange rallies and after that they all go home to sleep because everyone is tired. Then all these Political Workers and the winning candidate means 'Leader' wake up again after five years.

Types & Process Of Election In India

In India, there are two different forms of elections. A general election occurs every five years when elections are held on a regular basis. However, elections are sometimes held just for one constituency to fill a vacancy created by a member's death or resignation. This is referred to as a by-election. Elections to the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha (Assembly) are conducted every five years. All elected legislators' terms are set to expire after five years. The Lok Sabha, also known as the Vidhan Sabha, has been dissolved. The Election Commission of India is an Independent    Constitutional body charged with overseeing India's electoral processes. The organisation oversees elections for the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies, and the President and Vice President of India. The Election Commission is governed by Article 324 of the Constitution, and the Representation of the People Act was enacted afterwards.

Each State has a Chief Minister who is the leader of the party or political alliance that won a majority in the regional elections, also known as State Assembly Elections, and who exercises executive authority in that State. The Chief Minister of each state has executive powers inside the state and collaborates with the Prime Minister of India or their ministries on issues that affect both the state and the central government. Some Union Territories have a territorial administration and elect an Assembly, while others (mostly smaller) are controlled by a person chosen by the Prime minister Of India. The President of India monitors the rule of law through appointed governors in each state and, on their advice, can temporarily take over executive powers from the Chief Minister of the state when the elected representatives have failed to create a peaceful environment and the situation has devolved into chaos. If necessary, the President of India dissolves the existing State government and holds a fresh election. The Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioners are appointed by the President. They have a six-year term or until they reach the age of 65, whichever comes first. They have the same status as Judges of the Supreme Court of India, with the same salaries and benefits. The only way to remove the Chief Election Commissioner from office is for Parliament to impeach him.

The Commission's Administration has its own budget, which is finalised in direct conversation between the Commission and the Union Government's Finance Ministry. For its budgets, the latter generally accepts the Commission's recommendations. The majority of the money spent on actual election administration is represented in the budgets of the Union's constituent bodies, the States and Union Territories.

When elections are held just for the Parliament, the Union Government bears the entire cost, whereas when elections are held solely for the State Legislature, the concerned State bears the entire cost. In the event of simultaneous elections to the Parliament and state legislatures, the Union and state governments split the costs evenly. Capital equipment, expenditures relating to electoral roll preparation, and the plan for Electors' Identity Cards are all split equally.

Participation of voters in democratic and electoral processes is essential to the smooth operation of any democracy and is the bedrock of fair democratic elections. Recognizing this, India's Election Commission established Voter Education and Electoral Participation as an integral aspect of its election management.

The current political situation implies that people are better educated when it comes to choosing a Government. The Indian people have demonstrated that they can distinguish between state and National politics in the elections.
